In June, the AFTERMATCH 2.0 Reload project enters its next phase. We are starting a series of training sessions for Dual Career Trainers (DCT). On Tuesday, June 4, the first introductory online meeting took place.
Each of the project’s 9 partners has nominated at least 2 specialists to serve as DCT in their respective countries. These individuals will participate in dediceted workshops prepared by the International Experts Team (IET) in June and September this year.
The DCT roles have been filled by professionals with experience in sports – former athletes, coaches, managers, and staff from sports organizations. DCT must understand the challenges associated with #DualCareer of athletes. Next year, DCT will organize Dual Career Study Visits in the countries of all project partners.
