In the last days, another great example of a dual-career practice appeared in the football community in Poland. Academy of Puszcza Niepołomice – one of the most experienced clubs from Betclic I Liga – has published a Dual Career Guide, developed as part of an Erasmus+ mobility project.
The guide is designed as an educational resource for young athletes, coaches and parents of future footballers. It aims to help them understand the concept of a dual career – with all the benefits of combining sports with education and conscious planning for the future.
The document shows in practice how Erasmus+ project outcomes inspire and become practical tools used in the everyday work both on and off the pitch.
